Ali Mirza

Ali began his banking career with Credit Suisse First Boston in Singapore in 1997. In 2003, he co-founded MarketShare, a Pan Asian online market research firm, which was subsequently acquired by a NASDAQ-listed firm in 2007. An entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and growing world-class data and insights firms, he leads the winning team at AFFLUENTIAL.
Amrita Banta

Amrita started her career in advertising, working for companies like Saatchi & Saatchi and J. Walter Thompson. She then led the Asia Pacific region at Harris Interactive. With over 350 consulting engagements across industries, she’s a recognised expert in marketing and luxury consumers. She’s also a frequent speaker on the BBC and at international conferences. In 2019, she was recognised as a thought leader for Singapore by Robb Report.

Luca Deplano

Luca has over 20 years of experience in senior general management, business development, and marketing positions, most of which in Asia. He has worked for luxury brands such as Prada, Cerruti 1881, and Furla as GM for the Chinese market. Luca also worked with American Express, leading their Platinum and Centurion Cards International marketing efforts. He has been VP of Marketing for the iconic Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts.
Karan Bhullar

Karan has extensive experience in subscription businesses in fashion, having spent over 20 years in SaaS companies like Stylesight and WGSN. For them, Karan has built new business acquisitions from the ground up in India for over 300 clients and Streamoid in the UK and Europe. He has also worked in fashion AI at Streamoid and headed the Fibre sales team at Oritain, a company that uses forensic science to verify the origin of products.
Davin Reid-Montanaro

Davin has 15 years of experience in data and analytics. At Affluential, he is responsible for reporting dashboards and uses AI + ML methodologies to deliver powerful modelling capabilities. Before joining Affluential, he was the lead analytics product manager at Eptura and has extensive consulting experience with Accenture and Avanade.
